Today, I guess I’m supposed to write about a problem I have.

I think my biggest problem is probably *consistency*.  I always start off with very good intentions – I’m going to lay off coffee for a while, I’m going to exercise more regularly, I’m going to blog more frequently, I’m going to put aside my loathing for laundry and get all these piles of clean clothes Finally Put Away…

But then I don’t follow through with it often enough or regularly enough for it to become a habit.  And I slide back into my non-productive habits.

I’m a hypnotist, and I could probably use some really effective self-hypnosis techniques to correct this problem.  But self-hypnosis takes – you guessed it – consistency!
