I had a protein shake for breakfast, then at work I made a sushi roll with smoked salmon, avocado, asparagus and tamago and half rice. I think I’m going to start choosing the brown rice option. I had another protein shake in the afternoon, and at the BBQ birthday party I had 2 brats on buns with sweet relish and mustard and a couple glasses of red wine.

I drank my full 2 liters of water during the day, and another 20 oz bottle at night before bed. I’m finding it much easier to remember to drink my water now, and my body is adapting to the increased levels of hydration.  I do add about 9 grams of fiber to my 2 liter bottle, and also to each protein shake (note to self, time to buy more fiber soon…).

I didn’t exercise yesterday.
