I had a protein shake for breakfast, then a sushi roll for lunch, with half brown rice, smoked salmon, avocado, asparagus and spinach.  I had an Access bar in the afternoon and did 20 minutes of Pilates, and for dinner I had a salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a cup of Lobster and Crab bisque.

I drank my full 2 liters of water before heading out to dinner, so put another liter in my bottle, which I ended up drinking about half of by the end of the evening.  I had two glasses of wine and two glasses of water with dinner, and my dining companion got a piece of chocolate cake that we shared.  I had a large glass of hot milk before bed.
